Company Overview

Al Yalayis is an all-in-one destination for governmental services in Dubai. They aim to save the time and efforts of customers by offering 20+ government services under one roof. They partnered with Digitalbuddha in 2021 with the aim to improve their brand visibility through effective social media marketing strategies.

Objective

Al Yalayis approached Digitalbuddha for branding and increasing lead generation. The time Al Yalayis reached Digitalbuddha, their brand visibility was almost none, as was user engagement. Since Al Yalayis is the first-ever all-at-one government transactions centre in Dubai, we had to bring a well-planned shot at their branding to the table. With our best strategists & social media team, we’d to plan a tailor-made marketing strategy for them. Their primary platform is Instagram and Facebook.

Solution

After a thorough analysis of these objectives, the Digitalbuddha team came up with a strategy plan to raise awareness about the importance of Breastfeeding, Prevention of Anemia, Precautions for Covid - 19, etc. We planned to create quiz campaigns for each objective regularly and target the audience in Kerala.

RESULT

We run multiple campaigns focusing on the different services they provide. We could land on an astonishing reach of over 5.4 million on Instagram and 1.5 M on Facebook in under two months. As a result, we could get Al Yalayis more customer enquiries through social media post comments, emails, and direct messages. 179% hike on the social media impression alongside 161% reach on Instagram. Our primary city of focus was Dubai and we could reach an audience of 52.6% there.
